Medium-tall productive plant; Uniform, 6-8” x 2” fruits ripen to mahogany to red, but are usually eaten green. Southwest favorite for stuffing (chile rellenos), grilling and roasting. The flesh is thick and crisp with a delicious mild heat and richly satisfying chile flavour. A unique feature of this pepper plant is its incredible continuing production after the initial harvest.
