Wonderful for soups, potatoes, asparagus, dips, omelets. Easy to grow in any ordinary garden soil. It can be divided in spring or autumn to increase plants. Winter hardy perennial. Leaves will grow again 3 or 4 times each season after being cut for use. Smallest member of the allium family.
