Clear yellow 2” church bell blooms in elegant spires on 3 to 5 foot tall plants. Charming border beauty. Oil in seeds contains gammalinolenic acid (GLA). Roots can been eaten as a vegetable; shoots as a salad. These hardy, long blooming plants prefer full sun and well drained dry soil. Self-seeds. Biennial.
