Flax seeds contain high levels of dietary fiber as well as lignans, an abundance of micronutrients and omega-3 fatty acids. Easy to grow in well drained soils. Seed in early spring in rows 1’ apart and 8” between plants 1/4” deep. They grow quickly and have blue flowers which ripen into seed pods which can be harvested easily and used for their many health properties.
