Also called Almapaprika. A beautiful 2”, circular pepper somewhat resembling an apple. Originally from Hungary, the Hot Apple pepper has a nice flavor and thick, crunchy flesh. Medium-hot. Plant is about 30cm tall and carries fruit at top. Fruit begins white and turns rosy red. Start early indoors and transplant into a warm site when weather is settled and warm.
