Translates to “ears of the devil”. This lettuce is the real workhorse of the ALM Farm. Excellent for cutting for salad mix. Burgundy, starlike, pinwheel rosettes. Stunning glossy leaves. Oily, nutty flavour. Slow to bolt and also cold hardy. Rare heirloom.
