Mixed Mustards
A blend of mustards including mizuna, purple osaka, green wave, arugula, tatsoi, and others. Highly nutritious and delicious. Eat greens in salads when young and cooked when mature. Flowers are great in salads. Plant in early March and again in late July/August for fall and winter harvest. Extremely winter hardy. Easy to grow. Self-seeds readily.
