Sensational salad mix item. Recommended for thick sowing and harvest of deliciously sweet, tender-crispy, baby leaves. Bright, light green leaves are curly and ruffled for loft, with good weight and shelf life. Regrows for multiple cuttings. Does well year-round. At full size, tender ruffled leaves can be bunched for braising.
